Discover franchise opportunities
Property will always be personal with the Belvoir Group. It doesn’t matter if you are a franchisee, landlord, tenant, vendor or a buyer. The strength of our relationships is what defines us. It’s what the business was founded upon over twenty years ago.
You can find us in over 300 locations across the country, which makes us the largest property franchise on the UK high street, trusted by many satisfied customers every year. And that’s thanks to a strong network of franchisees that share our ambition and drive.
Mike Goddard and his wife Stephanie shared a vision back in 1995 to build a lettings agency that championed customer service, was run professionally and boasted a specialism in which they could be trusted experts.
Together they laid down the brand’s roots in Grantham, Lincolnshire and within a year they had converted their proposition into a franchise – with the first franchise office opening in Moray, Scotland soon after.
Since then, the Belvoir brand has flourished into a high street staple. One which is recognised and trusted across the country. From this position of strength, Mike and his leadership team set their sights on growing the business even further.
With the acquisition of the Newton Fallowell and Northwood brands – both recognisable estate agency brands – as well financial service brands Brook Financial Services and MAB Gloucester – the Belvoir Group was born.
The Belvoir Group is a force to be reckoned with in the sales and lettings sector, thanks to the commitment and hard work of over 300 franchisees across three high street brands.
The awards shelf
We’re not bragging (well, we might be a little bit), but over the years we’ve been proud recipients of industry awards that recognise the collective commitment and success of our franchisees.
Professionalism was one of our core founding values. Today it’s still at the heart of how we operate. It’s why our customers continue to trust the quality of our services. And we continue to build that confidence by keeping close links with industry regulators.
You never feel alone, and that’s not just having the support of head office, but also the other franchisees in the patch and further afield.
